What is Mindful Flow?

MindfulFlow was created to provide evidenced-based interventions in Mindfulness and Mental Health.  

Launched by Craig Pereira, Mental Health Therapist & Consultant in 2018 with a mission to offer an inclusive, integrative and multidisciplinary mental health service that enables self realization of happiness through a deeper understanding of ourselves, others and the world. 

MindfulFlow provides both, group and individual sessions that has allowed clients to witness radical and permanent behavioral changes in their lives and at work .
