Mindfulness-based stress reduction is for individuals experiencing stress resulting from chronic physical and psychological conditions.

Mindfulness-based stress reduction is the gold standard in mindfulness training. This 8-week psycho-educational program conducted with Individuals or groups helps develop capacity for greater calm and teaches skills to manage stress. The majority of my clients for MBSR report long lasting decreases in psychological symptoms exacerbated by chronic stress.
