Craig Pereira is a Mindfulness-Based Consultant & Therapist.
He has worked successfully with clients across a diverse spectrum of ages , social and cultural backgrounds in the areas of depression, depression relapse prevention, anxiety, stress reduction & LGBTQ affirmative therapy.
Craig has been intensively practicing and studying many styles of Meditation since 2009, including , Mindfulness, Compassion, Transcendental and Sound of Silence based practices. Sticking with meditation over the years completing more than 5000 + hours of practice with daily meditation sessions and annual Vipassana retreats, Craig has himself received the proven benefits of mindfulness which include stress reduction, emotional regulation and emotional intelligence.
He has devoted himself to this profession after experiencing his own process of personal growth and transformation as a client in therapy, using the same psychotherapeutic modalities that he now practices. In his work as a therapist, he uses

- Acceptance and Commitment therapy
- Somatic, Existential and Mindfulness Based Interventions
These are supported and informed by a number of influences including an abiding love of world travel, music, film, art and culture.
Craig currently lives between Mumbai and Toronto and undertakes online and in-person sessions.
